The IP500 is the next generation of the proven IP Office telephone system, designed to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses. The base unit supports a range of trunk configurations including analogue, ISDN2e, ISDN30e and SIP. The IP500 will scale from 2, to 272 users. The Avaya IP500 has a modular, flexible design enabling the solution to fit the needs of every requirement.

  • Remote Diagnostics Application – Designed for fast diagnosis and speed resolution of field issues, resulting in reduced site visits and increased customer satisfaction. The “System Status Application” (SSA) also warns when the system resources are reaching capacity (trunks, voice ports etc).

  • Messaging – The IP500 supports two different voicemail options to cater for individual business requirements. The Embedded messaging card eliminates the requirement for a standalone PC, and provides basic voicemail functionality. The VoiceMail Pro application takes voicemail functionality to the next level, providing call recording, and Auto-Attendants. Voicemail Lite is the standard basic 4 port voicemail which is included with every Avaya IP Office platform.

  • Delivering Calls to the Correct People – The IP500 supports hunt groups, enabling you to ensure your customers reach the people within your team best suited to handle their enquiry, when coupled with an Auto-Attendant you can ensure your caller experience is enhanced. Hunt groups can include members from other IP500 locations. When coupled with Voicemail Pro, calls can be recorded for the life of the call, including when transferred.
