The 8x5x4 level of our IT support is the most popular form of assistance that we offer, as it is the one that blends in best with normal business hours.
We are of course happy to work with our clients where possible, if the operating hours of this model requires a slight alteration in someway.
With this level of support, the estimated fix time is within 8 working hours of response to the initially logged fault.
24x7
The 24x7 level of our IT support is perfect for clients whose own demands are round the clock. We know just how important it is to be there for you whatever the time - day or night.
